Our Summit events are always a good chance to step back from the week-to-week routine and focus on the bigger picture.
Not in an overwhelming way.
Not with loads of theory.
Just a useful morning to help you reset, refocus, and take a more confident approach into the next few months.
What to expect
This Summer Summit will centre around two key themes that we know are relevant for a lot of people at this time of year.
Summer goal setting with Marcus
Summer can be a brilliant time of year, but it can also be the point where routines start to drift.
Holidays, social plans, family commitments, less structure, and a change in rhythm can all make it harder to stay consistent.
Marcus will be leading a session focused on helping you:
get clear on what you want from the next few months
set goals that feel realistic and achievable
avoid the stop-start cycle that often comes with summer
think ahead rather than just react as things get busier
There’ll also be an open discussion segment, giving people the chance to talk through the challenges that tend to come up this time of year and hear ideas, thoughts, and experiences from others in the room.
Training around injuries with Dan
Injuries, niggles, and flare-ups are one of the biggest reasons people lose momentum with training.
This session will focus on how to manage those situations better, so that one issue doesn’t completely knock you off course.
Dan will be covering:
how to approach training when something isn’t quite right
what to avoid when managing injuries
what you can often still do, even when things need adapting
how to keep progressing without making things worse
The aim is to help you feel more confident, more capable, and less like you have to stop every time something crops up.
Why come along?
Because sometimes the most helpful thing you can do is take a step back and give yourself a bit of time to think.
These mornings are always a chance to:

hear perspectives from the team and other members
head into the next season with more direction
